Please edit the homepage with the tagdiv Composer, click on the logo and check the options from there. You should hide the SVG icon from there: https://app.screencast.com/K5gVCJLK2wXq9 You can also delete the current logo shortcode and add another one with no settings applied, so the logo from the theme panel should display on your website.
