I’m loving the tabbed content element, but I was wondering if it is possible to add more pages than 10.
There doesn’t seem to be an option for that on the element editor.

We raised this question with our developers and management team. Unfortunately, the response was not positive. The explanation provided was that this approach would consume additional resources, and it would be more optimized to use two separate tabbed content instead of extending a single one with 20 pages.

I understand, use the option to have the tabs on the side and that would be an advantage to you to have more of them, not as if the tabs were at the top.
If you allow me a suggestion, I would say combine the 2 types of tabs (have a side page for each tabbed page with the title set on the side and on the page https://www.novo.vpz.hr/zupanijska-uprava/upravni-odjel-za-zdravstvo-branitelje-i-socijalnu-skrb/ set a tab in which to list these pages, and here set the pages to display the title at the top), for example https://i.imgur.com/HwTFMuw.png
