First of all, make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

I had disabled all plugins except tagDiv ones and also requested host to temporarily stop caching on our website, but the issue still persists. In developer console view of browser, the following message is being displayed. Perhaps you can help in this?

In continuation of my above message, the error has been resolved by downgrading to Newspaper theme Version: 12.6.5
From my analysis, this is a bug in your theme in latest versions. The Ajax drop downs works as expected from ver 12.6.3 to ver 12.6.5.
The Ajax stops working from theme version 12.6.6 upwards till the latest version 12.6.9.
Therefore it is requested to remove the bug from your current versions please. Thank You

Também estou com problema parecido.
Do nada,o filtro de ultimas 24, 48 e 7 dias, não funciona.
O plugin ajax está ativado lá no painel, mas mesmo assim a contagem de views está comprometida.

Isso! inclusive estava ativo no site portalatualize.com o filtro dos ultimos 7dias. aí de repente sumirão os posts. quando fui verificar e tentar colocar os ultimos 24h e 48h, não funciona. só funcina o popular (all time).

Esta função está ativa sim, inclusive como mencionei anteriormente, alguns blocos estavam configurados para as mais vistas dos ultimos 7dias… e do nada sumiram. ai fui ver e constatei que nem as mais vistas das 24 e 48h estão funcionando… apenas todas as mais lidas. percebi também, que a contagem dos posts está comprometida não sei o motivo. já desinstalei plugins e nada.

Então, já desativei todos os plugins, desativei apenas o wp super cash, já desativei e ativei os botões no painel do tema… Percebi que até conta, mas no filtro dos blocos não funcina. e como falei anteriormente, ele estava funcionando as populares 7 dias e do nada sumiram os posts. só funciona o popular (todos os tempos).
se puder, eu envio as credencias para verificar diretamente.
Outra coisa que observei, é que só está contabilizando, os cliques de que está logado no wordpress, ou seja, os cliques dos visitantes não estão sendo contabilizados.

Can you please provide some more details? You have the same problem with the cache and filter for seven days? this is working correctly only when you are not logged in?
