Hi – I’m having problems editing my homepage. I want to add an image that links to an internal page on the right hand side, where I currently have a podcast embedded and an ad underneath it. I can add an Image Info Box in between them, and I can change the background image. I can also change the text. But I cannot change the title, nor can I add the URL to link the box to. I’ve tried everything, and it’s driving me insane. Any help would be great. Or maybe I add something that isn’t an Image Info Box, but I can’t seem to add an image that I then link to an internal page.

The shortcode image info box should work well. Can’t you edit it in the shortcode options, or is it not changing on your frontend?

The only things I can edit in the box are the background image, and the description. There are no other fields that are editable. I can’t change the title, the button, add URLs, there are only two editable parameters. The cursor changes when I move over the other parameters, but clicking does nothing, and there are no boxes in which to type any text. I’ve tried adding the box to other areas to see if the location is relevant, but it doesn’t matter where I put it, nothing is editable. It is resolved insofar as I had a friend log in to my website and edit it, and she sent a screenshot where all of those fields were editable. But it concerns me that I may have to seek assistance when I want to add similar components and not be able to edit them myself.

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
