I can´t add a single back ground image, is it no longer available?

Hello,
Yes, the Single Background Image element has been removed, and the options have been added to Single Image instead https://i.imgur.com/L03CUhk.jpeg This change was made for optimization and to reduce the DOM size.
If you have this element on another page, you can copy and paste it into a different page.
