Edit the homepage or a cloud template with the header applied, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there. Click on those elements and you can delete them. There is a recycle bin basket for every element: https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
