Hello,

I want to disable the verification step (https://i.ibb.co/qSP0YdK/Activation-link.png) for newely created accounts. I tried the following option (https://i.ibb.co/WWKMS1gq/VERIFY-EMAIL.png) in both activated and deactivated modes but new users still receive the verification step/email.

Is there another way to disable the verification step, thank you

Hello!

If you use a cloud template, please ensure you’ve deleted the sign-in shortcode.

Thank you!

Hello,

I would like to keep the sign up/login option enabled, I just want to disable the verification step : https://i.ibb.co/qSP0YdK/Activation-link.png; so once the user creates an account he doesn’t have to confirm his email.

Thank you!

Hello!

You can hide that message with CSS code.

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

However, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding. A few weeks ago, the email verification feature was completely disabled. But after updating the theme, the verification step has reappeared.

I have tried enabling and disabling the relevant option (https://i.ibb.co/WWKMS1gq/VERIFY-EMAIL.png), but the verification is still being required during account creation.

I’m not requesting any customization, I’m just asking for the existing theme option “Verify email on sign up” to function correctly. I’d prefer to avoid using a CSS workaround unless absolutely necessary.

Thank you

Hello!

That option verifies if the email is written correctly, nothing else: https://app.screencast.com/q7BRoVweia3tN

Thank you!
