Our site do in 504 error when we use newsmag theme.
If we change theme or put the site in under maintenance mode it works.
We have the cpu resource exhaustion after few minutes

That means there is something wrong. The Newsmag theme is a very simple theme, which should not consume many resources.
We will investigate the problem. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login, also access to cPanel or a similar server manager. We will try to find the cause of the problem.
