It seems shortcodes cannot be used. I use The Events Calendar and any block I have used to display a page using shortcodes does not work.
Please advise which block to use to apply shortcodes.

Hi,
If you want to use The Events Calendar to display events to tagDiv blocks – https://i.imgur.com/TJpL4uH.png you need to use tagDiv Composer, select the block and set the post type (in your case I think will be event or events).
