Hello, I pasted my ad code in the theme panel – ads – header ad
but it doesnt work. I already have enable all options.

I just checked your website and the banner ad is there – https://i.imgur.com/UDd5wwd.png
Make sure that you do not have an ad blocker or something similar that prevents for you the ad to be loading.
