Hello team,

We’re currently encountering the following warning on our website running the Newspaper theme:

Edit
Warning: Undefined array key “tdb_templates” in /srv/data/web/vhosts/www.spnl.org/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php on line 661
This error started appearing after recent updates, and it’s now visible on our front end, impacting the user experience on https://www.spnl.org.

We would appreciate your support in resolving this issue. Could you please advise if there is:

A patch or plugin update available to fix this?

A recommended workaround to temporarily suppress the warning safely?

Any upcoming fixes in the next theme/plugin version?

Thanks in advance for your support. Please let us know how best to proceed.

Best regards,
Bassam

Hi,
I just checked the website as a visitator and no looks ok – https://i.imgur.com/nQiaK0v.png now warning is displaying.
Such warnings shouldn’t cause problems with the website, but we always investigate and fix them in theme updates. I’ll let our developer team know about this.
Thank you!

I have the same warning. Please tagDiv Support Team can you help me?

I am experiencing a persistent PHP warning in my WordPress installation related to the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin. The exact error message is:

PHP Warning: Undefined array key “tdb_templates” in /wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php on line 661

This warning appears repeatedly in my server error logs, particularly when customers have products in their WooCommerce cart and proceed to the checkout page. It seems the plugin is trying to access the “tdb_templates” array key which is either not defined or not properly loaded under these conditions.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Reinstalling the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin

Clearing all caches (server, plugin, browser)

Ensuring that the tagDiv Shop plugin is installed and active

Testing multiple tagDiv Cloud Library templates for WooCommerce products

The warning persists and may indicate a problem with how the plugin handles template data when rendering the cart or checkout pages.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this warning? Is there a recommended way to repair, re-import, or reset the “tdb_templates” to ensure they are correctly registered?

Any guidance or a fix for this issue would be greatly appreciated, as it clutters our error logs and may impact site stability.

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

I’ve passed a note to our developers to review the code in the file:
td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_functions.php. I hope they’ll be able to take a look at it soon.

In the meantime, I recommend running a quick test: if you’re currently using PHP version 8 or higher, try switching to PHP 7.4 to see if the issue persists. It’s possible that the problem is related to new PHP restrictions that may be affecting the code.
Thank you!
