I think that you are referring to pagination, if so I thing this is related to some settings are preventing the ajax pagination – https://i.imgur.com/NuwkQX7.png to load the content. Is this problem also happening when you are logged in? If no, then it is related to the settings from the cache plugin.
Thanks for your help. It worked after I disabled some features in (Jetpack boots).
