Hello,
I’ve connected my Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok through the theme panel. However, when I try to add them using the TadDiv Composer editor, only TikTok works correctly. The others still show 0 fans/followers, as if the IDs aren’t being recognized. – https://imgur.com/a/6Lsiamh
Could you please help me fix this?

Hi,
If all the api’s for the socials that you are using are set in the theme panel and only on social counter element are not working, then it will be need to make a backup for your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access to investigate this situation. We’ll check it out as soon as possible.
