our new purchased license is already in use by other website that we are neither the owner nor we know about them.
how can we check if our license is completely fresh and new?

Hi,
The license keys are provided by themeforest in the themeforest account when a product is bought.
Now if it’s related to one of our products we can check the key were it has been used, for this you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com an provide the license key there.
