I currently have a valid Newspaper theme license that’s active on two domains. I’m working on a new project under a subdomain and would like to activate the theme there.
I understand license reassignment is restricted until a certain date, but I’m kindly asking if there’s any way to assist me with reassigning the license to the new subdomain sooner due to time-sensitive work.
I’m the original license holder and can provide all verification details through private support if needed.

Normally a license key is for 1 website, please check the ThemeForest license specifications here – https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular -> https://prnt.sc/X0AldIM7e7ni
We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because we consider that most website owners require a testing website besides the live website, and the theme must be activated there as well.
If you used the license key on more than 2 domains (like in our case, two domains and a subdomain), then it will require more license keys.

Thank you for your response and for explaining the license policy in detail.
I now fully understand the allowance for activation on two environments. In my case, I’m no longer actively using the theme on one of the previously assigned sites, and I’ve shifted my project to a new environment.
I’m not looking to exceed the two-site limit, but rather to replace one of the current activations with the new setup. If it’s possible to assist with unassigning the old site to allow activation on the new one, I’d truly appreciate your help.

Hi,
If one of domains no longer use the theme or no longer exists then that one can be removed from the license key. To do this will be need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license key and let us know the domain that no longer exists/use the theme. We’ll make a request for the key to be checked on that domain.
