Main problems:
– On tablet and mobile, the menu opens, but it doesn’t close when tapping the background or the close icon.
– Submenus on tablet and mobile do not open or respond when tapped.

This problem occur when you are logged in? Or is only when you are checking the website as a visitator? If is only when you are as a visitator then it can be related to the cache that is apply on the website. This error occurs both when browsing while logged in and as an external user.

In this case it will be need to make a full backup for the website and after that make a test using only tagDiv plugins, most of the time this is a plugin conflict (if you have a child theme set the main theme). If the problem is resolved using only the theme plugins, then enabled back the plugins one by one until you find the one that is causing the problem.
