I’m trying to create a backlink module, so that when my users add their website, it links back to their website. it works as a link, so when it is clicked it visits their websites. However, I would like to ensure compatibility with SEO and want to check that they appear on, for example, ahref backlink checker.
For example, on my website double-glazing-windows.co.uk you will see a list.. When I visit ahref backlink checker website and search “eventrico.com”, it does not show a backlink from my website double-glazing-windows.co.uk.
How to ensure it create a visible backlink for SEO purposes?

When you add a link on your website to another website:
– The link must be in the page’s HTML source code.
– It must not be blocked by robots.txt or have a rel=”nofollow” attribute if you want it to pass SEO value (PageRank).
– The page that contains the backlink must be crawlable and indexable by Google and other bots.
– The backlink must actually get crawled and indexed, which can take time.
Backlink checkers like Ahrefs don’t see the link instantly. They rely on their own bots crawling the web if they haven’t crawled your page yet, or if your page isn’t getting enough organic exposure, the backlink won’t appear.
