Dear TagDiv Support Team,
I am using the latest version of the Newspaper 12 theme. Since launching the website live last week, we have been experiencing severe performance issues.
According to the “Code Profiler” plugin, the Newspaper theme appears to be the main cause of the high server load and slow page speeds. These problems only started occurring after the website went live — performance was much better in the development environment.
I would greatly appreciate urgent assistance, as the site is now live and the performance issues are significantly affecting the user experience.

That means there’s something wrong. Our theme performs great with decent hosting and good caching and optimization, cloudflare as well if possible. We will take a look at, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website and admin login.
