In newspaper theme there is one option “Use loading animation image”. Does it turn of lazy loading fully on the website or just turn off animation for images?

That option is just tuning off the animation. The lazyload will still be used if is enabled.

Hi,
You can disable the lazy load option in the theme by going to:
Theme Panel > Template Settings > Image Loading

Also, please check if you’re using any cache or image optimization plugins. Many of them include their own lazy loading features. It’s recommended to enable lazy loading from only one source to avoid conflicts.
