Hi
I have a long homepage and I want to drag a row above another row that is outside of what I can see in my screen’s viewport. When I drag the row to the top of the screen, the screen doesn’t scroll up like I would expect it to, so I can’t drag it any farther.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
You could use the cut/paste option from the right click menu. It’s easier to move elements with it in some cases.
Right click the icon of the row you want to move https://prnt.sc/8Xiq-JwYVxo1 and select cut https://prnt.sc/SEQu5J1BXlgU
Then scroll to the other row and right click its row icon and choose to paste before it https://prnt.sc/KFbO1PY_GqLn
