I can’t find this phrase nowhere for translating.
Second thing: please take a look at my footer. It’s not
responsive. I created a row with three columns and inline text, with my own html code.

The strings that can be translated can be done from the theme panel > translations – https://forum.tagdiv.com/customize-a-translation/ if the string text is not there, please use tagDiv composer, edit the page/template and select the element, after that, check if the element has any input to set/edit the text, something similar to this – https://i.imgur.com/g66T5l3.png also, if you can provide a link were I can check teh text I cna let you know the exact steps to do.
The footer situation, use tagDiv Composer to edit it, select the mobile viewport and select the row/column holding the footer content and check the layout tab and the settins for layout https://tagdiv.com/flexibility-rows-columns-newspaper-theme/

For translation: I checked already all possibilities, but can’t still found the phrase. Also on desktop the third column appears always under the first column, instead all three columns remains in row. I tried already so many settings, without any success.
