Site not working after upgrading to PHP 8.3 – Is it okay to stay on 8.2?

Hello,
My website is currently running on PHP 8.2. When I upgrade to the latest version, PHP 8.3, the site stops working. Do you think it’s okay to stay on 8.2 for now? Also, what could be the reason why it doesn’t work on 8.3?
