Hi,
Please check to see if you can see the domains if it is assigned on the current domain. This should be under Newspaper > My license. If you do not see your domain, then this is the reason why you get that content. The key can not be checked by our system because it’s blocked by something.
Thank you!
Hello!
Thank you for your reply, but I don’t quite understand what you mean.
When I go to the Newspaper menu from my WP admin, I don’t see the “My license” option.
On the other hand, Themeforest tells me that my license is active and I only have the option to download the theme for installation.
What can I do?
Thank you!
Hi,
Ok, first thing is to make sure that you have everything updated, WordPress (version 6.8.2), Newspaper theme v12.7.1 and all plugins you are using.
Under Newspaper > My license, you should see something like this – https://i.imgur.com/1tSv4pM.png, but this will be displayed only if the theme is activated with a valid key, and this can be checked.
