Error in debug.log

Hi, I’m having a few issues with my site and noticed this in debug.log. Is it something that needs to be fixed and could it be causing issues with my site going down intermittently?

PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the td-cloud-library domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later.
