td-icon icons not loading if not login to site

Hi,
I have the Newspaper theme installed and I’ve encountered a persistent issue:

The native td-icon icons are not displaying correctly on the site. Instead of icons, it only shows empty squares. All required plugins from the tagDiv panel are activated.

Before login, td-icons are missing

After login, td-icons show correctly

Please advise how to restore the td-icon correctly.

Hi,

The website seems to be offline at this time https://prnt.sc/_OtO3zAuo9tE

The icons are actually part of a font https://prnt.sc/KbaPIFM808Zw If the font is not loading for some reason, then such issues will indeed happen.

When the website is back online please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and I will take a look at the issue directly on the website.
