I am writing to request assistance with assigning my newly purchased Newspaper theme license to my live website.
The Situation:
I recently acquired a live website that was developed by a third party.
The website is currently running an unauthorized or legacy licensed version of the Newspaper theme (Version 12.7.1 – Registered but Unassigned). The license was initially tied to the developer’s account, and I cannot reach them to resolve the issue.
To secure my site and ensure I receive critical updates, I have purchased a brand new, valid license under my own Envato account.
My Goal:
I need to formally associate my website’s domain with my new license key. I was unable to use the “Register via Envato” option and the manual registration fields are unclear/unresponsive.

What you need to do is to use the new key you get from your Themeforest to activate the theme. For this, you need to go to Newspaper > System status, and if there is a key, press the reset key button. After that, use the new license key to activate the theme on that domain.
