Hi,

Please get the license key from your Themeforest account and try again. In case the problem persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, and please provide the WP-admin access to the website and the license key. We’ll check the license key validation, and if this is a valid key, we’ll activate the theme with it.
