Capture form submission page URL

I have this window directory website with thousands of business listings, which have a form on the right-hand column that users can submit.

What is the best and easiest way to capture the URL that the form was submitted on? Because the same form is on thousands of listings, but when I receive the form submission email I don’t know which page was visited by the user. I would like the form submission to show the URL that it was submitted on.

Hi,
I’m not sure if I understand what you need. Do you need something that includes teh links from where the submission was made? For example, if it is from this page https://double-glazing-windows.co.uk/tdcpt_directories/ada-windows-ltd/ to include that page link? if so, unfortunately, there is no option for this in the theme but I think it can be done with a JavaScript and an extra custom field, in the moment when the submit button is clicked and the js to run and get the current url and setit in teh custom filed (taht element will be need to be set on the page, but it can be set as hidden).
