If the changes apply when you are logged in, but when you check the website as a visitor, you no longer see the changes, then it is related to the cache you are using. Most of the time, this is resolved by clearing the cache.

I have cleared the cache and also tried in all different devices and browsers, this issue is happening only on main page, all other pages, the new update takes effect. Please kindly assist. You may see the website logo on main page and other pages, they are different, but it is configured only at 1 place (global logo configuration)

It is possible to have 2 header templates and one of them to set global (the one displayed on most of the website pages and templates) and one to be set as individual.

I have ticked the header, there is only 1 template in the site, but still the lived website and the logged in website doesnt matches. The lived Website’s Main Page isnt updating, how to resolve this? I have upgraded the theme to latest version as well Version: 12.7.4

When the logged-in and logged-out versions are not the same, this is usually due to caching. Please make sure that all cache is cleared.
If you are using Cloudflare or another CDN, be sure to purge the cache there as well.
