Hi, since I updated the theme and its plugins, the “Draw Attention Pro” plugin no longer works…it used to work. If I disable the “TagDiv Composer” plugin, it works again. How do I resolve this conflict?

I see that the issue you’re mentioning involves a premium plugin. Unfortunately, this plugin has not been tested with our theme, so we’re not familiar with its behavior or expected functionality.

Hi, thanks so much for your help. Basically, the plugin should show the map and, by selecting one of the hotspots, display the corresponding list underneath. Currently, however, it shows the map twice (without the hotspot) and all the lists are visible one after the other.
Using the DETECTIVE plugin, I discovered that the plugin causing the error is “TagDiv Composer.” Without that plugin, everything works, but as soon as I enable it, the map stops working.

– check if this is working if the shortcode is set into a post (possible to work)
– make a test to see if is working if the shortcode is set with tagDiv Composer in a column text in text zone

I tried inserting shortcodes into the classic editor, composer, and visual composer, but nothing works. As soon as I deactivate the TagDiv Composer plugin, it works again, but as soon as I reactivate it, it doesn’t work again.

I ran several tests using the free version of the plugin, and it appears to be working correctly https://i.imgur.com/Sf6CEXk.jpeg https://i.imgur.com/xl9DE2U.png. Unfortunately, we are unable to test the Pro version, so we cannot confirm its behavior.
I’ve done my best to assist, but please note that this is not a plugin we have officially tested, our ability to verify compatibility is limited.
