I’m having an issue with the Mobile Theme: it doesn’t load on the Shop product pages, but it works correctly everywhere else on the site.
I’m using the latest theme and plugin versions, and I’ve already cleared the cache. Also, I’m not using any custom mobile template for the product page.
Could you please advise what might cause the Mobile Theme to not apply specifically on product pages, and what I should check to fix it?

I’ve noticed something very strange with the Mobile Theme settings.
If I disable the “Enable/Disable Mobile Theme” option on the homepage, then the Mobile Theme also stops working on the WooCommerce product pages (and only there).
After that, I can’t turn the Mobile Theme back on for the homepage anymore. When I enable it and save, it immediately switches back to “Disabled” again.
I discovered this completely by accident, but it seems like the homepage toggle is somehow affecting product pages and the setting is not being saved correctly.

Could you please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists? If the problem is the same and nothing interferes with it, please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a wp-admin access. We’ll check it as soon as we can.
