Hi i’m running ewpaper theme on litespeed server. And i have 6 flex blocks on the home page with ajax pagination activated. Clicking the “next” arrows results in the same in this case articles being shown, and not loading new ones. And the bottom three flex blocks, if i click the arrows it takes me directly to the top of the homepage. Devtools shows no errors in console or network. (afaik)
There are 6 categories like Österskär, Norrtälje, haninge etc.
You can try it on https://skargarden.se
Thanks
Niklas
Hi Niklas, please make some tests, and you are logged in, and no case is applied, is the ajax pagination working? If is then the problem is caused by the settings from cache that is interfering with the ajax pagination.
You can try disabling some settings, such as Load JS Deferred, and then check the results.
This issue may also be related to other settings, but I suggest starting with this. Additionally, try reducing the cache duration, perhaps set it to clear every 1–2 hours.
Thanks Calin,
I have tried to use an inkognito window while not logged in and the behaviour is the same. I have also tried disabling any caching plugin with the same result. I also now have tried enabling litespeed but Load JS deferred. No difference.
The function works if i use my phone. (page has a mobile page design)
Thanks!
Hi,
Please try logging in because when you are logged in, usually the cache is not used. When you are in incognito and not logged in, it’s possible to get some cache.
Another test that can be done is using only the theme plugins and see if the problem persists. Also, do you use CDN/Cloudflare?
Right now, the cache appears to be applied on the site at https://i.imgur.com/SMQoXjg.png, and if you have a LiteSpeed server, certain server options may be interfering.
Also, do you use the cache option from the flex block element? https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Hi again, i have tried this as loggen in also and it does not make a difference from what i can see.
I have also disabled all plugins except theme related plugins.
I do not use the cache option right now but i have tried with no difference.
Hi,
I see, in this situation, please make a full backup for the website and please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access. Also, include the link to this topic to identify you faster. We’ll check it as soon as we can.
Thank you!
