Replacement Images Display Smaller – tagDiv Cloud Section 3 (Office Nexus)

Hello,

I’m using one of the Pre-designed Templates from the tagDiv Cloud Library, specifically Section 3 – Office Nexus.

As you can see from the link provided below, the template includes placeholder images. When I replace the existing images with my own, I can’t get them to position the same way as the originals.

I made sure my replacement image has the same width and height as the original, however when it appears in the template it shows up noticeably smaller.

Could you confirm the exact width and height of the images used in the template, and if there is anything else I might be missing when replacing them?

It’s likely something simple that I’m overlooking.

I would appreciate any guidance.

Thank you for the quick reply.

472 × 556 – yes, that is the size of the image I’m using. Thank you for confirming.

Regarding your comment that “the elements behind and over the image are part of the image itself” yes, I understand that.

However, when I replace the template image with my own (which is also 472 × 556), the image appears smaller than the original in the layout. If I manually set the Image Width and Image Height fields to 472 × 556, the image then becomes too large and extends outside the layout.

Could you advise what I might be missing when replacing the image?

I managed to figure out what was causing the issue. I’m posting the solution here as much for my own reference as for anyone else who might come across the same problem.

When selecting the replacement image, after uploading it and before clicking “Insert into page”, scroll down and check the Attachment Display Settings. Make sure “Full Size – 472 × 556” is selected.

That’s where my mistake was, it had been set to “Medium” size.
