I have uploaded a Single Image of size 1920×825 px. But it is not occupying the full Header across screen. Please help.

When you select the image, make sure that you set the full size, not the thumb https://prnt.sc/zdg-XBLi53E3
There is no such option in Media to select Thumbnail or Full size. We just click on the Image. You can see the Image is proper size.

I am doing exactly the same. In your image also there is NO OPTION of Thumbnail,half-size or full-size of Image. Media only shows an Image and we click on it. I am doing that only. Not able to understand what you are saying about clicking on “Full Size”. There are no such option.
Please provide screenshots (screenshots of full screen) with each step.
Is possible that you have a small screen to be need to scroll down to see that option
