On my site I have a custom template with a featured image block. When I paste link to Vimeo video and do not upload image, it shows the video on the page, but when I use a flex block to display video thumbnails it is blank. Ex. see last video on this page https://klf.dk/videogalleri/
What do I need to adjust?

I think I understand that when you upload a Vimeo video link, you most likely cannot make a thumb with the image for that video as it is generated for YouTube (there are also situations here where a thumb cannot be generated, but in most cases it is generated), as a result of resolving this situation, you really need to upload a thumb manually.

Unfortunately, those edits must be changed in the theme plugin file and should be done after each theme update because that thumbnail size doesn’t exist. To edit it you need to edit the file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php, look for the td_api_thumb::add(‘td_300x0’, https://prnt.sc/KNli1gH4SIx1 code line around 1491 and change the width from 300 to 400. After that, you need to set the thumb on the blocks small – https://prnt.sc/A-XkfODxUiLO and use a regenerate plugin to regenerate the thumbs.

That sound like a complicated fix. There’s no possible way our customer can handle this process. Is there another solution?
But we don’t understand, why it’s working on some posts and some not?! On this page 2 thumbnails are missing even though all are Vimeo videos and uploaded the same way – why?
