I want to edit the post page to get rid of a slider image but I’m unable to. I get the attached error.

Hi,
The error message: “Error at rows: 9 (models): 1 (dom). The model does not match the content. Current state has encountered an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” is most commonly caused by a shortcode that is not compatible with the theme or by a plugin conflict. Typically, this happens after editing a page with tagDiv Composer and saving it—then encountering the error when trying to edit the page again.
If the issue occurs on only one page, it is likely caused by specific settings or shortcodes used on that page. In this case, you can resolve it by restoring a previous version using page revisions: https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/

Hi Calin,

It is one the posts page, not a page where I published.

It’s actually on the article/post page and I don’t have that revision thing and CTRL + Z doesn’t work since it was saved.

Thank you,

Hi,
I see. Could you make a backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access to investigate and resolve the situation?
Thank you!
