Very similar to this post https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-wont-work-and-cant-update-theme/ . Tried to reset the theme, purchased a new license but the theme won’t activate. This is the error: An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key.
How can this be resolved?

Usually, that issue indicates a problem with key verification. The theme tries to connect from your website to our license key database and verify the key. But if something interferes with that verification, then that message will be displayed.
Please do a test using only the theme plugins and see if the problem persists.
If the situation is the same, I can take a look. For this, please make a backup of your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
