Theme Registered but Not Registered when i click Prebuilt

i have problem, i already registered my key on yokkstore.id registered, but why i change the pages to prebuild there something error like this? error

Hi,

I see that’s a staging website, but I can’t seem to find it in our database. I suggest to reset the key and activate the theme again -> https://prnt.sc/ZUTbHRKNaDhm

But if the problem remains, I will take a look at it. I will need access to the website, an admin user and pass, please send these by email at contact@tagdiv.com Also please include a link to this topic in the email.
