I need help. since years my Newspaper Theme works wonderfull. But now, where my site is well ranked in Google and already very big, „Theme image Lightbox fails for portrait images when tdShowModal is enabled. Direct image URLs work. Simple Lightbox is installed disabled makes no difference.“ All my portrait Pice on the page are not working anymore. There is always the error “The Pic No ## could not be loaded”. I enabled disabled, I empty the Cache etc. Error ist stable. Landscape Pics ae working.

That’s a very strange issue. I see that for some images the theme lightbox work fine, but for others it doesn’t work. I found two portrait images in a post I checked on your website, one works -> https://prnt.sc/ocyUOhs_Mw-S and one doesn’t -> https://prnt.sc/_VRwl7sJwsZg
I’m not sure why exactly it happens. I’ll have to take a closer look at it. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login (user and pass) for the website. And please include a link to this topic in the email. Then I will investigate the issue as soon as possible.
