On my Home Oage I am using “Single Image”. I want to put a Button on it “Join Free MasterClass” with an eternal link attached to the button. When someone clicks on the Button it should redirect to the eternal link. If someone clicks anywhere else on the Image then no action should be taken and Home page shoudl continue to show. I am also attaching an Image to describe the Issue. Please advise how to implement this.

You could use the image info box element instead https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/image-info-box/
It has an option to display an image, a title, a description, and a button with a link over the image. You could give it a try.
