I understand that to display a video as a “header image,” I need to upload the video to my media library, is that correct? Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Hi,
Are you referring to a video post with a featured video? If you do, and you want to set a video of your own as featured, then you can upload it in the media library and then set the link to the video here -> https://prnt.sc/dPegBeYqMXd5 Also a video post requires using the video format -> https://prnt.sc/khiKu1tT3J2R
You can also set a video from YouTube if you want, just add the video link in the featured video field.
