Do we still have a smooth scroll for links function

Hello

I was just reading up on my sites – do we still have a smooth scroll function for same page links in the Newspaper ?
If, where can this be activated 🙂 ?

Hi,

That depends. Are you referring to anchor links that lead to sections in the page? And how are the links added in the page, are they menu items or something else?
