Hi,
My website suddenly showed that the license was inactive for my domain. When I clicked to verify it, I got a message saying that something went wrong and the license couldn’t be verified.
I was prompted to reset the purchase key, so I did. However, when I try to activate the theme again, it always says:
“Please enter your Envato purchase code.”
I am entering the correct Envato Purchase Code from my License Certificate, but the activation page behaves as if the field is empty.
Could you please check if there is any issue with my license or if the purchase code needs to be reset on your side?

same here the issue is intermittent and when I refresh it goes away and than go back. When I go to the license it shows that the license is active on the domain still I get the issue intermittently. Please investigate

It seems to have been fixed. I was able to activate the license.

Hi,
There seem to be a lot of cases like this and so far we’re not sure why. The server where the key verifications are made is online, the database is in order. I’ll check with the server’s hosting to see if there was any maintenance perhaps, or downtime.
Are there still issues at this time? There shouldn’t be any.
