The home blocks do not seem to be filtering to the chosen categories.

Hi,

I’m not sure why you have this issue, I have checked this and did not found any issues with filter by category on blocks – http://screencast.com/t/jtJnqFRb even if your article has more categories will appear on that block – http://screencast.com/t/y5zHiakDDLzs – http://screencast.com/t/yepuluj9 Please provide more details about your block settings and a link to take a look.

Hi,

You can add categories ids that you want to appear on block dropdown menu – http://screencast.com/t/vvuabtfRZ
Or if you want to order subcategories to appear first there, you will have to alter the code and add order by slug – http://screencast.com/t/ChR7T1os7d change slug name for categories that you want to appear first – http://screencast.com/t/sM0CQZz9

'orderby'=> 'slug'
