Social Counter Shows Youtube Subscribers 0

Hi,

I found this problem in forum, but without solution.

My site:
theme 4.2.2
tagDiv Social Counter 2.2

youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/sportujeme

few weeks ago it works well. Now works jus th link. Number is 0.

Not to hijack your post, but I have the same issue with my Twitter count. The Twitter ID used is correct, but my followers count is 0.

And it worked before my upgrade.

It seems that I have the same issue as @sportujeme, but different social websites.

I checked your YouTube Id and works fine with social counter as you can see here, http://screencast.com/t/XGo7cherx
Please make sure you wrote the correct id, and if is not working disable all the plugin, except Visual Composer and try it like that

Thanks Andrei…

I got some help in another thread from a user and fixed the issue. What I should have been using was my Twitter username “embracedominica”… and not the ID.

It works fine now.

I do have a few other threads I started that I’d like help with tho 🙂
