Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500

Hi,

I installed v6.1 on a test subdomain, and I encounter an error when opening some articles. Only part of the article is loaded. The console shows following error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)” http://screencast.com/t/mIvnm0ZbJ on following article http://v6beta.ja.be/lifestyle/huis-tuin-keuken/de-5-lekkerste-combinaties-van-gin-en-tonic.html

I hoped this issue would be gone with updating from 6 to 6.1 but this isn’t the case. Any idea where it comes from and how to resolve this?

In the error log, I did find something which might be useful
[22-Jun-2015 09:11:24 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare td_comment() in /home/****/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/comments.php on line 91

I have found the issue, the function comments_template was used in different files of the child template.
