How to mark some posts to appear at the top area (I mean top rectangle with big pics).
I need also to set the order (Post A – biggest block, Post B – smallest)

You can add tag to the posts that you want to appear on Big Grid and filter by tags from Big Grid settings – http://screencast.com/t/1UYNYSnvOKKR so only posts with that tag will appear there. Please note that modifying this sort order it will be applied on all blocks where you set alphabetical sort order (will be sorted by slug).
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option to achieve that you want without custom modifications, if you don’t know how to do it I suggest to get someone to help you as we cannot provide any custom work at this time.
