Ads below main menu

Hi,

I’ve been wondering how I can ad 468 x 15 and 728 x 15 ad units below the nav bar. Visual composer allows me to add these ad units where I want on the homepage, but I’m at a loss when its other pages and posts.

Any help would be appreciated. TIA!
