Have issue with home page Excerpts

Hi,

I have issue with the home page Excerpts in latest stories section

The excerpts are not uniform across the section. i have selected 20 Words for the above section in the image.

Hi,

For those posts where you add videos in the content you will have to add a text in the excerpt section – http://screencast.com/t/kBmrTffXo unfortunately is the only solution as the video is also taken as text.
