How do I avoid repetitions of news items on the front page?

I looked at a previous post on this same question but I can’t find where I can switch this off. Please tell me exactly were to go. Thank you very much!

Hi
Go to Pages section in Word-Pres and select click on your front page, and you need to enable Unique Articles, like in this example http://screencast.com/t/M4iIDjLR
